Layout of school campus
-This is the overall layout of the school campus. The academic buildings are arranged in a circular pattern to allow unity throughout the three leveled buildings. In the center is a hallway that allows students to travel in between buildings and provides easy access to the communal gymnasium/pool, auditorium and cafeteria. Each of the academic buildings have their own art and music rooms.
-In the middle of the circle is the library and technology center. Technology is the center of our school curriculum so its placement reflects its importance.
-Our school prides itself on our wide array of extra-curricular activities. This is evident in our baseball/softball field, football/soccer/track field, our horse barn, and our garden. We also have a play area for the younger grades to enjoy recess.
-In each of the three academic buildings there is also a "break" room. This room is available to ALL students who just need a break. It has weighted blankets, swings, hand manipulatives and much more to allow students a quick escape when they need it most. We do NOT have any separate education rooms for students with severe disabilities. We educate all of our students in the regular education classroom and provide them with the supports they need to be successful in that environment.
-Our campus is completely up to code under the ADA. We have a one floor campus with wide hallways to allow all students mobility throughout the buildings.

Elementary classroom
This is the typical set up for an elementary school classroom. Desks are arranged in groups to ensure collaboration among the students. The classroom is also set up with circular tables for small group work. In the back of the room is a well-stocked library and a quiet rug area for reading. Every classroom is stocked with a Smart Board, laptops and iPads.
Our classes are all co-taught with a special education and a general education teacher to ensure smooth inclusion of all of our students. Both teachers are provided with a desk in the room.

High school/Middle School Classroom
This is the layout of a typical middle school or high school classroom. Two possible set ups of the desk are displayed in the image. Depending on the lesson or the students in the room the teacher either decides for the students to be paired up in rows or arranged in a horseshoe shape.
Similar to the elementary classroom, there are a Smart Board, laptops and iPads.
Teachers at all levels co-teach and are each provided with a desk. Every classroom has books and resources for the students to explore.
